We provide guaranty for the goods, and the period of warranty of Goods shall be Twelve  months counting from the purchase of final user or eighteen months counting from the shipment date (B/L date) or 500 working hours, whichever comes first.

During the warranty period, free of charge for the replacement of the damaged parts if these damages come from the bad quality of commodity itself.  If the damages come from the wrong operation or others, Part A will not be in charge of them.

Vulnerable parts is not warranty parts.

We offer a structured warranty period from the date of delivery to the end-user:

Main Machine: A standard coverage of 12 months or 500 operating hours (whichever occurs first).

Key Components (e.g., Chassis frame, Engine housing, Engine cylinder cover, Flywheel, Transmission housing): An extended coverage of 24 months or 1,000 operating hours (whichever occurs first), reflecting our confidence in their core durability.

What is Covered:
This guarantee covers the repair or replacement, at our discretion, of any part that fails due to manufacturing defects or material flaws under normal use and prescribed maintenance.

What is Not Covered:
To ensure clarity, the guarantee does not apply to failures or damage resulting from:

Improper operation, negligence, or accident.

Lack of or incorrect maintenance as outlined in the official operator’s manual.

Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations.

Normal wear and tear of consumable items (e.g., filters, belts, tires, blades).

Force majeure events or extreme environmental conditions beyond specifications.
