We provide two distinct, streamlined channels for all your parts needs:

1. Regular Sales Parts (For Maintenance & Wear): This category encompasses all parts for routine maintenance, repairs, and consumables. The inventory should be a full range of genuine parts, from filters, belts, and blades to more complex assemblies, to be processed through module “Sales”.

2. Warranty Parts (For Quality Claims): These are parts supplied at no charge to replace components that fail within the valid Quality Guarantee Period due to a covered manufacturing defect. Once a qualified claim is approved, the replacement part is immediately allocated with priority handling.  Warranty parts requests are processed through a separate, expedited module “Service”.
